Battlemarkers

I wanted to give you a quick review of my new Battlemarkers for Bolt Action. These custom pin markers and turn counters are fantastic!  I ordered 30 German and 30 Soviet pin markers and a turn marker set two days ago. They shipped right away and arrived today.

They are a great size to see on the tabletop and easy to pick up. I never realized how hard it was to pick up my previous, flat pin markers, until I tried these. The Battlemarkers have a kind of lip to them that makes them so easy to handle. 

Battlemarkers has a huge variety of nationalities on the markers, and I know I'll be buying more sets for my armies.

Back up and running

It's been a few months since I've posted to the blog. During this time, I was moving and had to take down and rebuild my studio. This week, I started back into the new studio and have been focused on getting some 4Ground and Sarisa buildings ready for Cold Wars.

Some photos are below of the new space, which includes an assembly table, painting table, and air brush booth, plus storage.

Warlord Sd. Kfz. 251/7

My pioneers have a new ride. This is the older, resin version of the model, but I'm happy with it and have one more waiting to build. I'll likely add a third using the new plastic kit.

Warlord Sd. Kfz. 251/16

I finished the Warlord Sd. Kfz. 251/16 this evening. What a great model in 1:56 scale!

Paint is all Vallejo and weathering is a mix of AK and Mig. 

New Painting Space

It's been a busy couple months since Historicon. Sorry for the lack of posts.

In the last several weeks, I sold my house, packed up all my stuff, and moved into a new place. Tonight I finished getting my painting space up and ready.

Warlord German Heer Heavy Mortar

I finished the Warlord German Heer Heavy Mortar. This is a great model with excellent metal sculpts.

Two figures are in splinter camo. 

Warlord Nebelwerfer Finished

Below are some photos of my finished Warlord Nebelwerfer in 28 mm.  This was a great model to assemble, with plenty if detail to paint. I chose to paint two figures in pea dot and one in oak leaf camo.
